We comply with ongoing site inspections, monitoring of customer satisfaction and provide evidence of quality of service to BAR and the Trading Standards Institute and for your added peace of mind prepayments made for domestic removals are protected under the BAR Advanced Payment Guarantee Scheme.

We also hold the British Standard EN 12522 Quality Assured Service Standard specifically aimed at furniture removals for the benefit of the private individual.
